Link better resource on what is REST API

We link https://www.redhat.com/en/topics/api/what-is-a-rest-api for no obvious reason. The page almost contains more text about Red Hat than about APIs. Linking Wikipedia would be immediately better, but I'm filing this issue to make some effort and find something even nicer.
