There's a partially visible desktop version of the API documentation before the page fully renders on mobile – as you can see in the attached video.
Sometimes the long loading time messes up the anchor navigation (I will try to replicate). The #fragment part of the URL isn't adequately navigated, and the page ends up in a (seemingly random) scrolling state.
The expected behavior is that it only renders once the page is fully loaded. After that, it should navigate/scroll to the anchor.
