Set up domain pointing to the right server location

This requires:

• determining which AWS account will host
• discussing how to handle costs
• DNS stuff.

The domain is on namecheap. Do we want to go via cloudflare?

Created other ticket just for the DNS. Once it is setup I will configure AWS and GitHub. I will just keep track of the costs over time.
