Swagger HAL example is plain json

When the only available format is hal+json, the docs shows the example in plain json. Maybe this is how it's supposed to work, but I think it's quite confusing since the actual output is completely different than the example.

It is a limitation of OpenAPI v2. With OpenAPI v3, it's maybe possible to workaround that because we could provide a specific JSON schema per format.
