Series with markers overlaps the yaxis labels

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visite the reproduction link https://codepen.io/sontd/pen/QWBwdYQ
2. Select thezoom toolbar, then zoom a little bit.
3. Select the pan toolbar, pan the series and observe.

Expected Behavior

• Series Points that out of the view should be hidden

Actual Behavior

• Some points still visible and overlap on yaxis labels.

It seems the bug has been fixed from 3.40.0.
