axis title gets cut-off with max option set

Explanation

When yaxis.max is set and there is data, it will cut off the yaxis title.

This doesn't show up in the codepen but yaxis label is fixed but now the xaxis label is cut-off when you add .modal-xl class.

It looks like codepen is still pulling from the release 3.26.1 but I did update the codepen to match the example.
