Bug - fontWeight doesnt work on axis

if I add the fontWeight at the title in options, it works, but if I add it the title with fontWeight inside the axis, it doesnt work:

As we can see on that sandbox, it doesnt add the bold to the hello world on the yaxis

fontWeight was just added recently.

At last 3.16.0 the fontWeight started working on y-axis, but the color stopped working.
On x-axis none of them works.

@Daniel4Digital I checked the x-axis font-weight and I missed the font-weight there. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the catch!

As for yaxis label colors, it is yaxis.labels.style.colors

Fixed the font-weight in the last commit.
The patch will be released soon.
