This PR:

  1. Reduces default resource requests for PostgreSQL and the Python language server.
  2. Adds support for IP-based MinIO deployment via a custom Ingress configuration.
  3. Disables the default nginx-ingress-controller in Helm, as we need to install nginx controller on GCP manually.
  4. Fixes a minor bug in the CU manager.
