v3: banner on vote.apache.org website is confusing #88
Description
The banner on the vote.a.o website announces itself as "Apache Steve", and the page title is also Apache Steve.
If I have both vote.a.o and steve.a.o open, the tabs have very similar titles.
The vote website should use its own text in the banner and title.
