Deprecated and remove sharding-jdbc-transaction-parent

For 3.1.0 roadmap (#1190), we will develop fully new distribute transaction. The old transaction module is deprecated and abandoned.

We don't want bring it on 3.0.0 release, so we just remove this module now.
