Add Amazon DynamoDB as persistence backend

Similar to #650, try using Amazon DynamoDB as a NoSQL persistence backend to see if there is anything that needs to be changed to make Polaris work with it.

Read through #775, #766, #763, looks like it is a major blocker and won't be solved without big refactoring.

I think it is probably better to pursue a JDBC + serializable isolation approach that #649 is doing for now.
