The 0.9.0 docs don't show in the site

Describe the bug

Here is the current website, no 0.9.0 related doc showed.

Here is the expected one, built in local, which has the 0.9.0 related docs.

I published the doc and asf-site branch is up to date. Let me check why it's not up to date on website.

I checked with GitHub and the infra. GitHub had issues about Pages during the past days (https://www.githubstatus.com/history).
I'm forcing a new deployment of the website.

OK, I found the issue. The problem is in the parsing of the .asf.yaml file. I'm creating a PR to fix that. Sorry about that ...
