PR #10368 introduced a new column for
BIG_DECIMALwhich causes all the plans to change. PR #10286 added some additional tests forWindowFunctionPlanswhich didn't have the changes accounting for the new column. This PR fixes the tests.cc @walterddr @vvivekiyer
