Please describe your PR in detail:

  • Creates a new method on IAccessAuthorizer to authorize AssumeRole request in Ranger. It also creates a new ASSUME_ROLE ACLType. It also adds a new field sessionPolicy to the RequestContext. Please see Jira and/or Javadoc for explanation. This PR is to pull same commit from HDDS-13323-sts feature branch (HDDS-13848. [STS] Artifacts for Ranger to authorize STS token #9214) into Ozone 2.1 release branch so Ranger team can use it upstream in next Ozone release.
