Update branch name for release-drafter in maven-4.0.x

We should execute release drafter for branch in which we want to generate draft of release.

@gnodet - I'm afraid that we will have wrong PRs in release notes ... now for 4.0.0-rc-4 or for next version from master

We should carefully check it, or the better execute release drafter for 4.0.0-rc-4 from branch maven-4.0.x after merge it
