Reviewed the two contribution-guide additions at bcadc4d6. The English and Chinese wording agrees: both ask contributors not to use Grok to generate Maka contributions until the terms are clarified. The text presents this as a temporary project precaution and does not claim a final ASF classification. I found no P0–P3 issue in the documentation change.
I could not independently verify the current xAI policy text because its linked page returned HTTP 403 from this environment. The PR's proposed discussion on dev@maka.apache.org is still unchecked; maintainers should resolve that governance step and the legal premise before merging. The current-head test check passed; I did not run local tests for this docs-only diff.

Summary
Grok's current Acceptable Use Policy restricts using the service or its output to develop competing products or services. I propose pausing the use of Grok to generate contributions to Maka while the terms are clarified, with matching wording in the English and Chinese contribution guides.
This is a prospective precaution, not a determination about existing contributions or a final ASF classification of Grok.
