feat(desktop): add Runtime Host Session domain IPC

Summary

• Add the isolated Runtime Host-backed Desktop candidate adapters for Task Ledger, Goal, Agent Graph, Deep Research, Runtime Resources, and non-starting Plan controls.
• Preserve the existing renderer contracts with revision-consistent pagination, conflict-aware Goal clearing, and one shared bounded Deep Research projection for embedded and hosted paths.
• Publish mutation-driven domain changes through Session subscriptions. Runtime Resource notifications batch lightweight identities, then use true point reads so active and inherited Session views stay current without rebuilding the full resource list.
• Keep Plan approval/resume outside the candidate until the Host owns an atomic Plan-to-Turn transition. Production continues to use the embedded Runtime until the M5 switch.
• Advance the same-v0 compatibility epoch so Clients cannot reuse a stale Host with the previous closed schema.

概要

• 新增隔离的 Runtime Host-backed Desktop candidate adapter，覆盖 Task Ledger、Goal、Agent Graph、Deep Research、Runtime Resources，以及不会启动 Turn 的 Plan 控制。
• 通过 revision-consistent pagination、可感知冲突的 Goal clear，以及 embedded/hosted path 共用的有界 Deep Research projection，保持现有 renderer contract。
• 通过 Session subscription 发布由真实 mutation 驱动的 domain change。Runtime Resource notification 会批量携带轻量 identity，再使用真正的 point read，使当前 Session 与继承视图保持最新，同时避免重建完整资源列表。
• 在 Host 拥有原子的 Plan-to-Turn transition 之前，candidate 不接管 Plan approve/resume。M5 切换前，production 仍继续使用 embedded Runtime。
• 推进同一 v0 下的 compatibility epoch，避免 Client 复用采用旧 closed schema 的 Host。
