…match Lucene. Added duplicates of the public types in Lucene.Net.Join and marked them Obsolete and hidden from Intellisense so this is not a breaking change.

Added duplicates of the public types inLucene.Net.Joinand marked themObsoleteand hidden from Intellisense so this is not a breaking change. Also added duplicate tests to ensure the "old" types inLucene.Net.Joinfunction until they are removed.
