- Remove performance figures
- Switch the naming to "Fluent API"
- Split the content into "Rationale" and "Usage" parts
- Provide Javadoc links
[1] I checked the source code and the earlier mentioned advantages.
Only one applies, that is, `withLocation()` is faster.

Rewrote log builder.
When reviewing, please advise if we should remove all the performance tests at the end. I have not found accurate and up-to-date examples
