…tion failure (apache#5129) When both 'instance' and 'dbName' parameters are blank, the PostgreSQL JDBC URL was built without a database name, causing the PostgreSQL driver to fail with 'JDBC URL must contain a / at the end of the host or port' error. This fix adds a default 'postgres' database name when no database is specified, ensuring the JDBC URL is always valid for PostgreSQL connections.
