[INLONG-10784][Sort] Refactor the structure of inlongmsg-rowdata

Fixes #10784

Motivation

The dist use row and rowdata module, but they have same name class.So,there are some conflict in runtime.

Modifications

Add rowdata dictory in format-rowdata to solve same package structure and same name class problem.
