Nit: can we remove 'the' in front of Iceberg while we are here. Its not common to have the article before Iceberg.

Our doc mentions 4.0.0-alpha-1, 4.0.0-alpha-2, and 4.0.0-beta-1, maybe because the Hive community had struggled to release 4.0.0. Now that it's been approximately 1 year since we released 4.0.0, I think we don't need to mention all the RC versions in our document.
