[Feature Request]: Look & Feel Set Side-Panel Width

What would you like to happen?

Could an option be added to the "Look & Feel" settings menu, to allow the side panel to be fixed at a set Width.

At the currently every time I open HOP I manually have to shrink panel (I usually cut it in half), it be nice to keep this change permanently.
