[Bug]: Merge rows transform has fields mixed up

What happened?

When issue #5665 was implemented developer @mattcasters had something in his eyes to make him not see that when adding the optional changes field, the names of the changes and flag fields are switched. This needs to be fixed in the Meta.getFields() method.
