[Feature Request]: An alternative way to preview binary fields

What would you like to happen?

If we preview the content of binary fields (byte[] essentially), it would be great to not see strange characters but hexadecimal Strings. Perhaps this can be done through an option in the TableView Control.

When we preview binary fields (used as keys for example varbinary) we get this:

And we want this:

Perhaps we can add a system variable HOP_BINARY_FIELDS_AVOID_HEX_PREVIEW for folks that want to see the content of CLOBs etc, a more rare scenario.
