[Bug]: A lot of samples are no longer packaged

What happened?

During the build we get this warning:

[WARNING] The following patterns were never triggered in this artifact inclusion filter:
o  'org.apache.hop:hop-assemblies-samples:zip'

And indeed, most examples are missing from the client

I think this is only the case for Hop Web?

Client seems to be including everything org.apache.hop:hop-assemblies-samples:zip is no longer valid, each plugin is now including its own samples folder.
