Add license headers to all source files

Thanks @Gophersen. That yaml is a good example of what is needed. Don't remove any existing source headers. Try to add headers to as many files as possible.

@Gophersen If you come across any files that have non-Apache licenses - don't add an Apache license header to that file.

Thanks @Gophersen looks good on first scan for the sf-hamilton and sf-hamilton-ui and sf-hamilton-sdk packages. @pjfanning do you want to take a look? Question -- I assume test files are also considered source?

The other hamilton packages still need these, e.g. sf-hamilton-contrib, sf-hamilton-lsp, which are under contrib/ and dev_tools/... I just realized that and so am requesting you also add them too please :)

Sure. @pjfanning what about /docs? Do we need those headers in the sphinx files too?

The most important files are the ones that go into the source release. You can omit files that are checked into git from the source release. Source releases can and often will attract -1 votes in release votes if there are source files in the source release that do not have the license headers.

I looked at the releases, and they cover all the repo files, including the 'examples' folder. According to @pjfanning, Do I need to add header to all repo files? And if other files(non codes) needed, please say to me @skrawcz .
