What is the purpose of the change

Add adaptive broadcast join to e2e tpc-ds tests.

In this case, we will set the AdaptiveBroadcastJoinStrategy to RUNTIME_ONLY, significantly increasing the likelihood of triggering adaptive broadcast join.
