Rocketmq is not running properly

When standalone changes to rocketmq, the doesn't load the connectorResourceService plugin, please check. standalone can start normally.

This error occurred when I packed the plugin and changed standalone to rocketmq

@Alonexc This does happen in windows when loading META-INF, this is caused by the file separator, are you interest to submit a pr to fix?
