[Bug] Radar series: symbols skip the entry animation and appear at their final positions #21774

Description

@martinburch

Version

6.1.0, 5.6.0, but not 4.8.0

Link to Minimal Reproduction

https://codepen.io/martinburch/pen/pveWoEy

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Observe the entry animation as the radar plot is drawn (reload the page if necessary). Notice the data-point dots appear at their final locations, and the data-point-connecting lines grow from the center to meet the dots.
  2. In the HTML block of the Codepen, replace the 6.1.0 library version reference with 4.8.0 and observe the chart-loading animation again. Notice that, when drawn correctly, each circle representing a data point travels along with its line, from the center of the polar plot out towards the edges.

Current Behavior

The polygon and line grow from the centre, but every symbol is drawn at its final point from the first frame.

Expected Behavior

Data-point symbols (circles by default) travel out from the center with the polygon, as they did in 4.x.

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Browser: Chrome 154.0.8037.58
- Framework: None

Any additional comments?

In src/chart/radar/RadarView.ts, by the time updateSymbols() reads polyline.shape.points, the locations are already the target points, so each symbol animates from its final position to its final position. Replacing polyline.shape.points with a call to getInitialPoints(points) can fix the problem.

In 4.x, zrender's animateTo did not set the final props up front.

As a test, we could check a test/radar-*.html test case with a long animationDuration mid-animation.

Are we aware of this bug already?
