Dubbo Admin support for Dubbo 3 application-level service discovery

Dubbo Admin needs to be able to support Dubbo 3 application-level service discovery

Project requirements:

• Display the services registered in the application-level manner in the service list, and distinguish whether it is application-level or interface-level through identification
• Provide the ability to switch "service level/interface level" in the service list
• Display the interface list in the application-level service details

Skills requirement:

• Proficiency in Java
• Familiar with front-end technology (JavaScript, NodeJS, Vue)
• Understand Dubbo3 application-level service discovery

Dubbo Admin 需要能支持 Dubbo 3 的应用级服务发现

产出要求：

• 服务列表中展示以应用级方式注册的服务，并通过标识区分是应用级还是接口级
• 在服务列表中提供 "应用级/接口级" 切换的能力
• 在应用级的服务详情中展示接口列表

技术要求：

• 熟练使用 Java
• 熟练使用前端技术 (JavaScript, NodeJS, Vue)
• 了解 Dubbo3 应用级服务发现
