Remove the dup keys of all the duplicate tables in test case tpcds_sf100_without_key_p2 and make them duplicate tables without keys.
Meanwhile，we should add "enable_duplicate_without_keys_by_default" = "true" property into DDL sqls in order to turn on "dup without keys" feature by default.
