Which issue does this PR close?

Closes #5935

Rationale for this change

Fix site sidebar logo position to respect the scrolling sidebar and always remain below it (and not overlap)

What changes are included in this PR?

😆 me neither -- I am well out of my league here.

I tested locally and when i had the screen fairly small with this change there was no padding around the logio

That being said, when there was enough width things seemed to be good with this PR

Padding added to left & right sides now
