BigQuery allows subqueries in a SET assignment expression

For example:

DECLARE myvar ARRAY<INT64>;
SET (myvar) = (SELECT AS STRUCT ARRAY_AGG(DISTINCT age) FROM mytable);

This adds support for the syntax.
