Package building worked:

pkgs/couch/ubuntu-noble/couchdb-nouveau_3.4.2-c9e3e6d~noble_amd64.deb  pkgs/couch/ubuntu-noble/couchdb_3.4.2-c9e3e6d~noble_amd64.changes

However noticed missing fakeroot and npm package in the noble CI image. Will update it accordingly.

Made a couchdb-ci to update the image with the above necessary changes: apache/couchdb-ci#78
