This is now done differently and probably in a more flexible way [1] so drop the steps responsible from the playbooks. [1] apache/couchdb@dbd3424

Now I can confirm that the workers have Java 8 installed and we were successfully able to run Clouseau on them. For what it is worth, it was fascinating to finally see Clouseau running on FreeBSD/arm64! May I get an approval from somebody? |

Make it possible for the macOS and FreeBSD CI workers to run the integration tests with Clouseau. This is a follow-up for
apache/couchdb#4835.Note: I have not tested these changes so there are no guarantees that they are going to work. But hopefully they are not that far from the right solution.
