This PR fixes the URL parameter serialization format for userdatadetails in the CreateVMFromBackupParams.toURLValues() method to align with the CloudStack API specification and the rest of the codebase.
- Corrects the
userdatadetailsparameter format from.key/.valueto use the key name directly (.%s) - Brings BackupService in line with other services (VirtualMachineService, AutoScaleService, VirtualNetworkFunctionsService) that already use the correct format
- Reduces parameter serialization from two lines to one line per map entry
