Not a safe bump as-is — Pulsar 5.0.0 is a major that reorganises the client packaging camel-pulsar's tests depend on.
The build (17) / build (25) failures are a real testCompile break, not CI noise. ~15 integration tests fail with:

Pulsar 5.x no longer exposes the internal org.apache.pulsar.client.impl / org.apache.pulsar.client.admin.internal packages on the compile classpath (the pulsar-client-api vs shaded pulsar-client split changed). The camel-pulsar ITs reach into those internals, so a version-only bump won't compile.
This needs a real migration, not a bare bump:
- move the tests off the internal
client.impl/admin.internalclasses (onto the public API, or whatever 5.x exposes for the same purpose), and - a changelog pass over the producer/consumer API for any 5.0 breaking changes in the code paths camel-pulsar actually uses.
Holding until then. (The Dependency Analysis non-blocking check is a separate, unrelated signal.)
