NullPointerException during shutdown when using Salesforce component

This is related to this issue I reported for Camel: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-15063

Basically, during shutdown, Camel may throw an NPE within the Salesforce component. This happened w/ 3.3, but looking at 3.4 (master) it seems we are vulnerable of this issue.

I will send a proposed PR for Camel for this.

The proposed fix on Camel was accepted. We can close this once we move to 3.4: apache/camel#3867
