Build from Maven project contained in monorepo

### Requirement

A user can use the 'Git Hosted Integrations' feature of with `kamel` cli to deploy a maven project that lives inside a mono repository.

IE, The `camel-examples` monorepo containing several maven projects in which a subdirectory can be selected to run:
`kamel --git https://github.com/apache/camel-examples.git --branch feature/xyz --path cafe`
