Timers were failing due to prism not actually sending the correct "is_last" messages to the SDK side.
This was caught by the Java SDK looking up each stream explicitly and failing at the "empty" timer family prism was sending.
Python had the subtle issue of hanging during the timer clear test. This test now passes, so the override has been removed.
