Optimize packaging to reduce package size

The jars labeled in the figure already exist in spark jars. Recommend exclusion

i tried to remove scala, apache-commons and jackson from the package, and reduced the package from 45MB to 33MB.
bytebuddy is a big dependency, but we cannot remove it at this moment. it is used to inject some code to spark.
