Lazy-cache NativePlan nodes after native conversion check to avoid recomputation

Converting SparkPlan nodes to NativePlan nodes occurs during the check whether native converting is supported, but it is re-converted again in doExecuteNative. cache the serialized NativePlan nodes as lazy vals and reuse them to avoid recomputation.
