as described in the vote result, the blaze project has been donated to ASF and accepted to Apache Incubator. the project will be renamed to Apache Auron and moved to https://github.com/apache/auron.

TODO list:

• update codes and docs, apply the new project name "Auron".
• support both names in configuration for backward compatibility.
• setup the new repo in https://github.com/apache/auron.
• archive this repo.
