The workflow looks good, nice touch with the manual dispatch. Have you tested the upload to gemfury? Or is that still to come?

I haven't actually tried to upload yet - don't have the secrets/don't know where those come from. So there might need to be a follow-up PR or two, or I can go track them down and give it a shot

@assignUser do you know where the secrets are stored? I vaguely recall after that the process is to file an INFRA jira and email them the secret to set up.

Thanks, now I just have to actually figure out who knows the gemfury token…

I registered "arrow-adbc-nightlies" on Gemfury and filed INFRA-23840 to add the secret. Once that comes through I'll merge this and give it a spin manually.
