handler.GetLang(internal/base/handler/lang.go) is a err usage? or old usage?
new usage should be GetLangByCtx.
I has check all call, thant i think the right way is call GetLangByCtx but not GetLang,
for middleware of ExtractAndSetAcceptLanguage has registerd.
