Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe
When an old question is answered by someone, it will be displayed at the forefront in the "Active" list.
If there are continuous responses, it will always be shown in the "Active" list.
Describe the solution you'd like
Questions will not be showned in the "Active" list if they meet the following criteria:
- Last answered more than 90 days ago
- Question created over 180 days ago
