Username minimum length still set to 4

Describe the bug

Username minimum length is still set to 4 even though it was supposed to be set to 2 since v1.4.1.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click my avatar in the top right corner.
2. Click on Settings.
3. In the Profile tab, set Username to some text with 3 letters (e.g., "abc")
4. Click Save button and see error "Username must be greater than 3 characters in length."

Expected behavior

It should allow usernames with 2 characters and more in length.
