This PR modifies the Tenacity logging on retries in the Edge Worker. Instead of using the before_log function we now use before_sleep_log.
This is as recommended in the Tenacity documentation: https://tenacity.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#before-and-after-retry-and-logging
The before_sleep_log function logs some more information than before_log which is useful for understanding the reason for a retry.
