We can attempt to do it, but pretty much only release managers and people helping with backporting need to use breeze. The links in docker-stack might actually be useful though |

While I was working on PR #44982 and hitting a pre-commit error I noticed that the link to the docs are outdated.
Went through the obvious links to contribution docs and updated "some" broken links with the correct URL as on main.
Does this need to be back-ported to v2-10-test branch?
